Our services

Online therapy services for teens and adults

EMDR, couples therapy, family therapy, weekly outpatient sessions, and an Intensive Outpatient Program. Each one is offered by secure video to clients in Pennsylvania and Georgia, from 9 AM to 9 PM, every day of the week.

Where we see clients

All five services, anywhere in Pennsylvania or Georgia

You need to be in one of these two states during each session, but where in the state doesn't matter. Each state page lists the insurance we accept there and answers questions specific to that state.

Getting started

Starting any service works the same way

You don't need to know which service you want before you reach out. Here's what happens after you do.

  1. Send a short message

Use the contact form or call or text (973) 454-6711. Tell us your state and the kind of help you're looking for, and leave out health details.

  2. We sort out the details

We confirm we can see you in Pennsylvania or Georgia, help you check your insurance, and match you with a clinician whose schedule lines up with yours.

  3. Meet by secure video

You'll get a link for your first session. Join from a private spot on your phone, tablet, or computer. Sessions run from 9 AM to 9 PM, every day of the week.

Areas of focus

Concerns that come up across every service

Whichever kind of care you choose, these are the concerns our clinicians work with most. Many people arrive with more than one.

  • Anxiety & Stress

Worry that follows you to bed, panic that shows up at work, or a constant sense of being on edge.

  • Depression

Low mood, lost interest, and the heavy days when getting started feels like the hardest part.

  • Trauma & PTSD

Care at a pace you set, including EMDR, for experiences that still feel close.

  • Substance Use

Confidential counseling for alcohol and drug use, including when it overlaps with anxiety or depression.

  • Relationships & Family

Conflict, separation, blended households, and the strain that big changes put on the people closest to you.

  • Eating Concerns

Steady, judgment-free support for a calmer relationship with food and your body.

  • Teens (12+)

Telehealth that fits around the school day, for pressures at school, at home, and online.

  • Grief & Life Changes

Loss, a move, a diagnosis, a new baby, or retirement. Changes that unsettle more than you expected.

Looking for help for a teenager? We see teens from age 12, one-on-one and in family therapy.

Common questions

Choosing a service

Short answers to what people ask before they pick a place to start.

You don't need to decide that on your own. Tell us what's going on when you reach out, and we'll suggest a place to start. Many people begin with weekly outpatient therapy. Some add couples or family sessions later, and some move into the Intensive Outpatient Program for a stretch when they need more support.

Reach out today. We're here from 9 AM to 9 PM, every day.
